saw a constant stream of locals
and visitors alike entering the
church to view some church
records and to listen to John
Hopkinson playing a selection of
popular tunes on the church
organ, but other than the
refreshments the most popular
activity was to have the
opportunity to climb to the top
of the church tower and enjoy
the tremendous views of the
surrounding countryside, under
the watchful eye of the Tower
Captain, Lesley Booker. |
